Throughout the year we offer a variety of workshops. Whether you’re a lover of flowers or grow and arrange for your own enjoyment, why not come along and learn a new skill and relax for a few hours at our flower farm.

Our Field to Vase workshops are a relaxing hands on experience. The workshop begins in the morning with a talk in the flower field, where you will learn about the different varieties that we grow and how best to harvest them. You will then be given the opportunity to wander through the flower field and cut your favourite flowers. While the flowers condition, we take time out to relax with refreshments. After watching a demonstration on making a hand-tied bouquet you will be given the opportunity to make your own bouquet from your chosen cut flowers.
DIY Wedding Flower Workshop
Our workshops are for up to 6 people and will last approximately 3 - 4 hours.
£160 per person or book two or more places together and receive a 15% discount on your booking.
If you would like to be more involved with arranging your wedding flowers, but are not sure where to start, our DIY Wedding Flower workshops are a perfect way to learn all the basic skills you need to create your very own arrangement.
The workshop begins with discussing your ideas, offering you lots of hints and tips along the way on how to store your flowers, keep them fresh, and how to transport them to your event, ensuring you get the most out of every stem.
Based around our mixed DIY buckets, you will be shown how to make a flower posy, buttonhole, or a table arrangement of your choice. All equipment and flowers are included, and you are welcome to bring along any containers that you might be using for your wedding. All arrangements made on the day will be yours to take home.
Whether it's just yourself, a small group of friends or family, this workshop is great fun and will give you all the necessary advice and guidance to arranging your own wedding flowers.
Spring Wreath Workshop
Saturday 30th March: 11am to 1:30pm
£80 per person
Join us on this fun and creative workshop in making a living spring door wreath. After a short demonstration, you will be guided through how to make a natural door wreath using a willow and moss frame. We will use a variety of branches, twigs, foliage and spring bulbs to decorate your wreath. Your creation will last for many weeks to come.
Homemade cake and refreshments will be served.
Flower Themed Workshop
Creative Flower Crown or Jam Jar Posy Making
3 ½ hour event (with afternoon tea) - £85 per person
2-hour event (without afternoon tea) - £65 per person
If you’re looking for somewhere a little different to hold your Hen Party, Baby Shower or Birthday party. Our exclusive flower themed events are located in the heart of our garden, overlooking the flower field. Your afternoon will start with a welcome drink followed by expert guidance on how to make a flower crown or jam jar posy. It’s then time for your party to relax and enjoy this creative time. A delicious afternoon tea can be served. We can cater for groups of up to 25 people between May – September. Although we are able to offer the use of a marquee in the event of wet weather. Christmas Wreath Workshop

Feel the spirit of Christmas at this relaxed and informal workshop. Johanna will guide you through the process of making your very own fresh foliage moss based wreath. We will use the freshest locally sourced foliage as well as a fabulous selection of dried embellishments to create your truly unique wreath. All this topped off with a glass of mulled punch and mince pies.
Dried Flower Wreath Workshop

At this workshop you will learn how to make a sustainable dried flower wreath, working with a wide variety of flowers and foliage all grown and dried here on our flower farm. Your wreath will last many months and will look perfect hung on a door or in the home.
